Business Development Manager
Reports To: Head of Strategy, Marketing and Business Development

JOB PURPOSE:
To lead and coordinate strategic business growth initiatives that increase hospital revenue, expand service utilization, attract insurance and SHA patients, and build long-term corporate partnerships.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
◆ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
◆ Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, in a hospital or healthcare-related environment.
◆ Strong understanding of SHA structures, insurance processes, and healthcare client needs.
◆ Proven record of exceeding growth targets and building corporate/insurance partnerships.
◆ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
◆ Competence in team supervision and strategic planning.
◆ Ability to influence the market decision.
