GENERAL MANAGER
On behalf of our client, a leading poultry firm and franchise, we are looking for a General Manager (GM) to oversee and manage all business operations of Attila Chicken and its franchise network. This role is responsible for driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining product and service quality, and executing strategic growth initiatives. The GM will provide strong leadership across all departments.
KEY QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of senior managerial experience in the food, poultry, or franchise sector.
- Proven experience leading large-scale poultry production or multi-branch food operations.
- Strong financial management, operational planning, and leadership skills.
Salary: Kes. 250,000 + Commission
