Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategic communications, public relations, or corporate affairs, preferably in nonprofit or international development settings.
• Proven ability to develop and implement impactful communication, branding, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Strong experience in media relations, digital communications, and public advocacy.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and overseeing cross-channel communication efforts.
• Understanding of donor-funded programs, policy advocacy, and communications for development.
• Experience in crisis communications and strategic advisory roles.
• Passion for disability inclusion, accessibility, and digital empowerment.
