MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

WORKSTATION: NAIROBI
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing existing customers within the pharmacy channel. This role involves planning, developing and coordinating with relevant persons to implement training and congress plans.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Biological Sciences, Medical Laboratory, Pharmaceutical Technology or Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry.
• Proven sales success record with excellent understanding and in-depth knowledge of the market and the changing environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time-management, planning, creative and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong commercial understanding with intellect and curiosity.
• Have a valid driving license and willing to travel across designated regions.
