Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial
Science, or any related field
• Certificate of proficiency in insurance
• Valid IRA license
• Minimum 2 years experience in insurance
• Strong understanding of prospecting, sales
pipeline management, reporting, and public
speaking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
