REGIONAL UNDERWRITING SUPERVISORS

The overall purpose of this role is to offer technical support in coordination and collaboration with other underwriters ensuring efficient and accurate processing of insurance applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Commerce or business related field.
- Diploma in Insurance (ACII/AIK).
- 5 years relevant working experience, 3 of which should have been in non motor business underwriting.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the underwriting teams within the regions.
- Review the risks accepted in the company to ensure that they are within the set underwriting and reinsurance guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
