Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the branch’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service standards and optimize client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock management of products.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations and staff training to foster professional growth.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming salon environment that aligns with the brand’s image and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotions.
- Track daily sales, prepare financial and operational reports and contribute to the branch’s profitability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences.

- A deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, including nails, lashes, spa treatments, and hairdressing services.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Certificate in Beauty Management or a related field.
- Additional training in leadership, customer service, or business operations is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the beauty industry is highly desirable.

Remuneration
- Gross Salary: Ksh 50,000
