Are you a strategic sourcing expert with a strong grip on vendor management, cost control, and compliance? Join East African National Distribution SC, Ethiopia’s leading cement and coal distribution company, and lead procurement operations that support nationwide infrastructure and development.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
Lead the procurement of goods and services in line with company policy and budget.
Develop and manage vendor relationships and performance.
Analyze market trends and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations for end-to-end supply chain alignment.
Establish internal controls and reporting systems for procurement activities.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in distribution, logistics, or construction-related industries
Solid negotiation, budgeting, and supplier evaluation skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
High integrity, strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills
