Role Overview
Brookhill Projects Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee and direct construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure quality delivery, compliance with safety regulations, effective subcontractor management, and timely project completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site management for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
