🕒 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Kenya time)

Are you a proactive, organized, and dynamic professional with a passion for facilities and operations management? We’re looking for a Site Operator to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our Nairobi site.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the physical infrastructure of the site to meet operational standards.
Manage payments and resources related to site facilities.
Supervise service providers and ensure quality compliance.
Maintain open communication with department leadership to support strategic decisions.
Generate reports and performance metrics to evaluate site efficiency.
Support the implementation of improvements across company locations.
🧠 What You Bring:
Proven Experience in previous roles such as Facilities Coordinator, Site Supervisor, Operations Assistant, Maintenance Supervisor, or Office Manager with infrastructure oversight.
Education background in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
