📢 JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – FINANCE MANAGER (HEALTHCARE SECTOR)

Our client, a reputable private outpatient hospital with branches in Nairobi and Mombasa, is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee the hospital’s overall financial operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and ensuring effective financial management in line with IFRS and statutory requirements. This role requires a strategic leader with strong analytical skills and proven experience in multi-branch operations.
Key Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
✅ CPA (K) or ACCA qualification – mandatory
✅ Minimum 6 years’ experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
✅ Experience in the healthcare industry a MUST
✅ Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Location: Nairobi
