Human Resources Manager (4-Star Hotel, Nairobi)
Contract: 2 years (renewable) | Location: Nairobi

A prestigious 4-star hotel in Nairobi is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
✅ Lead recruitment, training, and performance management
✅ Manage employee relations, CBAs & compliance
✅ Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR audits
✅ Advise management on HR strategy and labour laws

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (IHRM license required)
💼 Minimum 6 years’ HR management experience in a unionized 4/5-star hotel
⚖️ Strong grasp of labour laws, CBAs & HR best practices
💻 Proficiency in HRIS & MS Office
